Dear Customer, This is Chris, CEO at The Adventure People. I am aware of your booking and the issues you have encountered. I believe Callum, a senior member of our team is in touch and will be following up.
Firstly, I am very sorry for the challenges you have faced, the distress and ultimately the poor experience.
An (ex) sale agent who was handling your booking basically didn't fulfil her role properly. I must stress, this is very unusual and we hold ourselves to the highest standards of service. In this case though, we let you down and for that I cannot apologise enough. This is the first time we've ever had anything like this happen.
We have instigated measures of a higher volume and increasing frequency of checking bookings as they progress. We have also stepped up sales training. I accept these measures will not make a difference to you but I don't want this to happen again.
