Hi Edyta, I am sorry to read your review. I am surprised about the phone issue as our team are always logged in 9:00 - 18:00, we're always available on chat and email too. I don't think you sent any email asking any questions. I might add, you did not book flights through us, we did not know your arrangements and could not advise you. I don't think it is the fault of The Adventure People that an element we do not sell nor are involved in in any way shoulders the blame for any complaint.

Hello Chris,
Of course you will say that, and what is done is done. I am not interested in arguing with you.
I simply want to make sure that people in the future don't book through your company and instead book directly with INTRO, as there is no comparison to the service that they provide.

Completely worth it!
Had the best experience with Jessie as our lovely CEO and a great selection of activities. Would especially recommend if you want to travel the eastcoast of Australia but dont have much time.
