Staff don’t know what they are doing. Should have gone direct to Intrepid who provided the holiday. The intrepid holiday was great, organised, and the kids loved it

Hi John,
This is Chris, the CEO. Thank you for the comments although I am of course disappointed to read the review. I noted your frustration in July regarding providing details and we have made changes to the business since that point which will make life much easier for our customers. I also note your agent put a lot of components together with lots of options for you. I disagree with the comment we don't know what we're doing, we do, but I also appreciate your experience was not up to our standards. If you'd like to discuss further please do let me know.
Best wishes,
Chris

Loved it! Well organised and spots well selected. I'd probably prefer more options for the daily excursions.
