Thank you so much for the feedback. I'm sorry to hear your experience was only satisfactory as we always strive for it to be excellent.
Just regards the transfers, we do not provide our own transfer service so all extras like these are booked directly with the tour operator - in this case Intrepid Travel - and we do not add any levy or admin fee to this. So it is the same price you'd pay if you booked directly with the tour operator.
We do offer lower deposits of just £50 to secure your trip if you book through us. We also offer a Best Price Promise to be the lowest price for every trip guaranteed.
