Too long to accept
Tour took ages to confirm my place, flights increased then cancelled the service leaving me no time to book another one

This is Chris, the CEO here at The Adventure People. I apologise for the experience you have encountered with us. This does not meet our own benchmarks and we let you down. We are looking at why we took so long to confirm and will we do what we can to stop this happening again. Sadly flight prices are an issue for many customers at the moment and this really affects departures in the next few weeks.
