Fantastic trip seeing a lot of Vietnam in a short amount of time
Excellent communication and service prior to the trip. Airport transfer arranged with ease, which took some of the stress off arrival in Hanoi.

Could have been more helpful over getting an Indian visa
Not very helpful with our queries , gave us wrong info re visa application which caused a lot of stress .

I'll take a closer look at the accommodation and timing of the itinerary for this particular trip as maybe we can tweak to offer an overall improved experience. I am very pleased the guide was good. Too expensive for what you get
The experience was a mix. Definitely very hard challenge that I knew beforehand but I feel the amount we paid for this was too high for what you really found in the camps.
