I would certainly use Sue Ryder again despite a small hiccup with my order, not Sue Ryder’s fault may I add, I got prompt clear explanation and apology and the item arrived on its new delivery date...

The service and delivery were good.The instructions on to put the item together were poor.
Poor communication, I was told that I would receive a email informing of when the delivery would take place, but never received such an email and item just turned up on the door step.
