Wish I could give zero - still no refund fully one week after return of item. The item, a wheelie bin cover, was totally unfit for purpose - broke at first use !

With regard to your delivery date, according to our records the item was delivered on 5th September which is withing our 3-5 working days delivery timescale, but if our information is incorrect then please accept our apologies for the delay.

I was delighted with the boxes I ordered three sized medium. They arrived quickly and on time. The description on line was rather confusing as it states thee sizes of boxes for the price of one....
