Thank you for renewing your policy with us and for your feedback. We appreciate your comments which have been passed on to our marketing and IT team. We will shortly be making some changes to our website and the policy documents that are produced which will make it clear that renewal discounts have been applied.
As always ordering was smooth ,seamless and excellent value .Even completing medical condition declaration was easy unlike a lot of other sites.
