Got an e mail which went into junk telling me the policy would renew automatically. Then got another mail which made me renew manually as I wasn’t sure it would renew automatically

Have now been with the Company for several years now. Staff are great to deal with. My only problem is the cost which keeps rising.
Unfortunately may have to look at other sites next year.
