I can see that you took out a policy on 18th June. The documents were emailed to your instantly,. It is possible that they went to your junkmail folder. We also note that you emailed us over the weekend when our office was closed to ask us to change the date of cover as your skydive had been postponed. Because the office was closed we did not respond, and you took out a new policy to cover you last Saturday. We will cancel your first policy, and refund the premium to your card today. Let us know if you did not received the documents for the second policy that you took out, and we will resend them to you.

I submitted feedback then found my policy, so I apologise. I have received excellent service and would recommend Sportscover Direct. The website is easy to use and I managed to buy insurance quickly on the day. I had a quick response to my email query.
