Excellent customer service, friendly and clear, was willing to listen to me about my cat and help me decide on the best care pack for her.
Excellent explanation to questions I had
The young lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and so very helpful, talking me through the policy. I would highly recommend anyone to get this insurance.
Glad you guys followed up with the call coz I wasn't 100% certain about it. Service was awesome and it was all very clear, so I'm just happy to have my puppy safe and insured
