With regards to the matter further, may we like to inform you that the flights which you booked was cancelled by the airline due to their operational reason however being your travel agent we offered both the options to you -either you can opt for the full refund for unused flights or amend the ticket by paying the difference in tax.Our experts always ensure to explore all possible options pertaining to the travel interest and looked for workarounds to get the lowest available fare.
