Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I have reviewed this case and understand that this particular call was actually closed in our database back in November 2014, when a link was provided to a new 'beta' release of the Power Surfacing software - which we had been told included a fix for the issue reported. As far as I can tell we had no further feedback from yourself regarding the success of this upgrade with respect to this matter. I also note that the full upgrade was released a month later (http://www.npowersoftware.com/NewDownloadingPowerSurfacing.html) have you installed this version? are still having this problem?
Please be confident that we will continue to do all we can to escalate any concerns you have to the software Vendor, but in this case I do not see any response from yourself that the problem persisted after we provided the link to the new (beta) software version.
