I sent this company 2 emails to cancel a subscription as the products were making my skin spotty and couldn't justify the cost. Despite this they took £93 out of my account and sent me more items....

We never received an email from you but it's a mistake on our part, we will fix our system as soon as possible. Furthermore, we just cancelled your subscription, you'll not be charged anymore. Our customer service just sent you an email with your tracking number. Your item is shown as delivered. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

If you look on over feedback you say the same thing you never received emails queetonable obviously you need to update your system. Ok so you have now cancelled my subscription ty and send me a tracking email now saying the item is delivered.
Firstly I don't have the item and secondly I'm £93 out of pocket. Are you going to refund me ????
