Simplicity Cremations 리뷰

Slow. Still waiting to hear from them although they've cashed my cheque!

Very polite and understanding

They were very helpful. Setting up the plan and direct debit was very simple

every thing was so smooth and very helpful

There were too many different addresses receiving email from, at one point wondered if was a legitimate service. Do not remember being told that would not know date and time of cremation so was...

Clear information, no hidden information. All printed in easy to read text.

Handled sensitively during all contacts. Efficient and very good value for money. I would liked to have had a phone call a few days before the cremation to confirm arrangements. Just for reassurance....

I have spoken to them three times and they could not have been more helpful or courteous. The Funeral Pack I have received is well laid out and has all the information that my executor could want....

The team I dealt with were excellent - sympathetic, understanding, organised. The funeral went very smoothly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service.

This company made a very difficult to deal with situation into an easy, simple one. Thank you for your excellent, respectful service. I would definitely recommend.
