Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you have not yet received your documents. Funeral plan documents can take between 10-14 working days to arrive however we do know that there have been some delays with the post due to the pandemic. Well done guys
They were professional from the pick up of the body. They did take two hours to collect the body though. Sally in the office was fabulous.
