Geen refund of tegoed nadat door corona ik van de betaalde dienst geen gebruik kon maken !

Transport in anulatie wegens corona virus. We hebbenal vele malen gebruik gemaakt van jullie diensten.

Door corona virus ging reis niet door. 1 mailtje en de volgende dag had ik het hele bedrag terug op mijn rekening. Klasse! Al mijn eerdere reis ervaringen met Shuttle Direct zijn heel goed.
Goede communicatie, bij wisselingen van tijden ook gelijk bevestiging via mail en geen probleem! En helaas ook door annuleren vd vlucht ook duidelijkheid! We maken er de volgende keer dat we gaan...

Na annulatie door de corona toestanden het gestorte bedrag keurig terugbetaald.
Omwille van de Coronacrisis was het niet mogelijk om naar onze vakantiebestemming te gaan. Contact opgenomen met Shuttle dienst en heel goed geholpen. Snel antwoord ( dezelfde dag nog mail...
