Not quite clear about the babies, we paid a ticket for the baby as well and it was a big bus so she was in my lap and didn't use any seat, even the airoplane company didn't charge for a seat babies...

Everything was organised a person was waiting in the airport to direct us, it was hard to realize who to ask initially but we saw a lady with many people around adn decided to try with her and she was the one.in the hotel we had a notification when we will be collected. just we expected to be a smaller vehicle not a big bus as with 2 small children is hard to travel by a big bus.

we paid for a shuttle taxi and we had a big bus,we paid also for the baby as for adult and she didn't use any seat
