Worst experience ever

Not very much,, they gave a date for uplift the day before uplift was due I called to see if there was a time slot only to be told they couldn’t lift until two weeks later. This is not acceptable.

After investigation, it appears the employee responsible had booked your service in for the wrong date and then missed the fortnightly visit to your area. As one of our customers, this is unacceptable and has been dealt with internally. We sincerely apologise for this mishap and can only apologise profusely.
