Would have no hesitation in recommending Shredall to anyone.

Very reliable service provided by Shredall and consistency with driver so they just come in, empty the bins and go. Really pleasant people to deal with and very professional.

More communication required with customers to gain entry.

They can improve their service by actually picking up the shredding instead of charging us when they cannot gain entry to the building. Someone has to call up if there is no one on reception to gain...

Thank you for taking the time to send us a message. We have looked into the non-access service with our operations department and can see that we couldn’t get access to your building in September 2022, however, we have been several times since and managed to complete the expected services. A colleague from our Scotland Operations department will contact you to make sure we have all the correct contact details for your office. We have recently introduced new software which will send an email or text (whichever you would prefer) when our operatives are on the way to provide your service.
