Hi, I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with our delivery charge to Isle of Man. Our chosen courier we use to ship customers orders is DPD and costs a litte more than what it would to ship to mainland UK or Ireland. We are always looking into new ways to get our products to customers for cheaper, we had offered to send your order out via Royal Mail or Hermes but you requested a refund instead. Hi, thank-you for your review. We are sorry to hear the pebbly did not work, once opened the pebbly's batteries should not need to be replaced. To turn it on there is a hidden on button which will activite it and from there you gently shake it to turn it on again.
