We bought a moonlight and found that the base didn’t change colour when the room temperature changed. I sent them an email which they quickly responded. The replacement of product was hassle free.

Hi, we are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the with the stand and basket. Your feedback is important to us. The dreami sleep system design was updated just over 2 years ago and the old version has not been manufactured or sold in quite some time. We have changed the handles to improve the shipping of the baskets, so the handles do not get caught inside and cause it to deform. It also greatly improves to aesthetic, creating a sleeker and better streamlined basket. The curve stand when not in use can be easily separated for storage with the click of a button or to easily transport when visiting family and friends. The pictures and description we have on the website is the most up to date dreami which is the version you have received, it is not our intention to mislead customers and we always ensure we provide as much information as possible for our customers so they can make informed decisions on their purchases. Thank you for clarifying, I now understand the reason the basket handles and stand are the way they are and that I was looking at older versions of the product. Due to the recent response I've bumped the rating up one as I am happy with the response shnuggle have provided...personally the handles are still too short for me but manageable and the way to take the stand apart is also manageable but the bolts tend to be a little stiff and hard to press...however that does make it sturdy when assembled which i would rather than if it was weak and accidentally came out or went inwards while the baby was in it. All in all I am very pleased with the product and can't wait to use it for real when the baby comes!
