For those of us who do not want to order on-line via the web page It is difficult to find an email addressee to whom emailed orders can be sent. Other than that it was an excellent, and fast service.
The initial service was great, I had a quote emailed over very quickly, the after sales was poor, as I received notification that I could have got a free gift, I tried to reclaim the gift afterwards...

Should you wish to discuss this in any further detail, please do not hesitate to contact us on freephone 0800 585 501.
This was the first time that we used SafetyShop and unfortunatley, the products did not arrive on the date as described on the order acknowledgement and we were not notified in advance of the delay....

I apologise for the delay in your delivery due to unavailable stock with our vendors and also the replacement parts.
