I've been waiting 2 weeks for my parcel and still waiting your service isn't very good is it

Having investigated your order we can see that unfortunately the delivery was unable to be made to yourselves and so your parcel was left with the Post Office ready for collection. We have arranged a redelivery of your parcel which we understand has now been delivered. I apologise for any inconvenience. Supplied exactly the items I ordered, knowledgeable on the product, delivered promptly. The product was not cheap but was a choice from limited options. It will be installed soon.
