As this product has come directly from the manufacturer, we do need to liaise with them, and due to the holiday, they are currently on shutdown. May we apologise for the inconvenience. In some cases, if a product has been discontinued or is temporarily unavailable, an alternative may be sent or on occasion an item may have been updated etc. If for any reason an alternative proves to be unsuitable, we are of course happy to accept a return.
