We are sorry for the error and delay with your order, it is our aim to notify customers as quickly as we can if there is an issue with their order. With your initial email coming in after we closed on the 27th and the high volume of customer service emails we have been receiving it took us slightly longer to respond to you. As detailed in our response email the decline of the order was not processed as it should have been and we are very sorry for this error.
