Hi Norman, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry the parcel has not been delivered to you and we thank you for your patience whilst we worked with our courier to investigate the issue. In our response to your query, we highlighted that Royal Mail asks that you allow for 10 days for the parcel to travel through their networks before claiming for a lost parcel. Yesterday was the 10th day and we have now submitted the claim and replied to your follow up email from yesterday. Again, we are sorry the parcel has not been delivered to you, it is certainly not the service we wish our customers to experience. Many thanks
