Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry that the courier has not delivered the parcel to you, it is certainly not the service we expect you to receive. We replied to your initial query on the 18th of June to highlight the period of time Royal Mail asks that you allow for the parcel to travel through their networks. Upon receiving your update on the morning of the 23rd of June to confirm the parcel had still not been delivered, we refunded your order right away and sent confirmation of this to you. However, we are sorry you feel that we did not help you as best as we could in this instance. We do highlight on our website the process of lost parcels and the time frame Royal Mail asks before submitting lost parcel queries. Many thanks.

Our team are trained to discuss our sale policy during the shoe fit and also to remind customers at the till. Hi Marcus, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. All of our products are placed in our Run 4 It branded courier bags but we are very sorry the box incurred some damaged whilst in transit. As explained in our response to you, we could not provide a replacement box as we do not have spare boxes provided by Nike. We did advise that you could send the shoes back to us using our free returns service so we could send out a replacement to you. We are sorry that you feel our response to your query was dismissive as this was not intended. We always aim to resolve issues in a swift and efficient manner. We do hope your daughter is enjoying her new shoes. Many thanks.
