We usually recommend that your running shoe is at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size and having at least half to one thumbs width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes. Brooks offers a Run Happy Promise, which means you can test any Brooks products that you purchase from us for 90 days. If you are not satisfied, you can return the shoes to us via our free returns portal https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/2933. You can return the item either for an exchange or for a full refund. If you need any further assistance when returning the shoes, please email our customer service team at orders@run4it.com and they will be able to help you.
