Go a size smaller .

Service was great took a size bigger which was too big Will have to return as did not have half sizes .

We usually recommend that your running shoe is at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size and having at least half to one thumbs width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes.
