We responded to your email detailing that our system is not set up to notify you upon the parcels return to us. The tracking code created through the returns portal is designed to allow our customers to follow the parcels journey back to us. Upon receiving the parcel our returns are currently taking 7 business days to process. Once the return is processed you will receive an email detailing this.
