Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry that our courier did not deliver your initial order but as explained via email and what is highlighted on our website, Royal Mail do ask that you give the parcel 10 days to work through their depots. We are glad that we were able to send out a replacement to you to help resolve the matter. Many thanks.

Thanks for your positive rating!

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. It's great to hear about your positive in-store experience. However, we're sorry to learn that the shoe you initially ordered didn't work out and you decided against the other brand. We hope to welcome you back again soon.
