Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are glad we were able to fulfil your first two orders as quickly as we could, but we are sorry we were unable to fulfil the third order due to a system error. As explained in our responses, the item had incurred an error which means it did not allocate to a shop for processing. With the cancelled item being purchased again so quickly after the refund, we unfortunately were not able to remove the item to prevent it from selling again, so apologies for this. From the last email received, you asked us to cancel the order if the stock wasn't available which we did as soon as possible, this should have generated an email detailing the order being cancelled. Again, we are sorry that you have been left disappointed as we never want any of our customers to experience anything but an excellent shopping experience with us. Many thanks.
