Hi thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the quality of the product received. In regards to our returns, our system is not set up to contact you upon receiving the parcel back to us. The tracking code created in the returns portal is designed to allow our customers to follow the parcels journey back to us. Our returns are currently taking 5 business days to process due to a busy retail period. We can see your parcel was returned to us on the 5th of January. Once the refund is processed you will receive an email detailing this. Kind Regards
