I've received a request for feedback prior to actually receiving the product I ordered. Delivery was stated as 2-5 days and it has now been 9. Hence, so far, my experience is poor.

During our email communication we discovered that your postcode had been entered incorrectly at checkout. This has led to the delay as Royal Mail have been unable to locate the address/postcode combination. The item has been returned to us and as soon as we receive this back we will post it out again with the correct postcode. Sorry for the inconvenience.
