We're glad you enjoyed your visit! Thanks for your review.

Brilliant, delighted Kaden was able to help! We hope your daughter is enjoying her new running shoes!

We really appreciate your helpful and balanced feedback. Thanks for taking the time to provide so much detail. We are very sorry to hear that your experience wasn't as good as it should have been. You should have had the same customer service experience as your daughter, and the time of your visit should make no difference to the quality of the service. We will discuss your feedback internally - to try and learn from it and prevent similar issues in the future. We hope that you and your daughter have a great time at your Hyrox event.
