Hi, we take all feedback seriously so thank you for providing yours. I understand your frustration at your experience with us - this is not the service we aim to provide here. I did email you about your feedback and wanted to inform you that during the time you placed your order we were having technical issues with our automated emails. We only found out about this recently but this error is now fixed and won't happen again. I do apologise that this technical issue affected your order.
