Hi, thank you for your feedback. The dispatch email you received states that if you opted to collect your order from one of our stores your order is now ready for collection. This is in the second paragraph but I am aware that this can be confusing so apologies for this. Hi Julie, thank you for your feedback. You're right, the Shock Absorber bras do come up quite small and we recommend you go up a back size and down a cup size when ordering. That should have been stated in the product description on the website so apologies for this. Our Website Team are currently adding this into the description.
