Hi Drew, thank you for your feedback. You mentioned that you were informed that the shoes would arrive in store on the 2nd of May. Can I ask who informed you of this? Our Collect in Store orders can take up to 5 working days (not including the weekend) to arrive in the selected store if they are coming from a different location.

I am sorry Will in our Aberdeen store did not call you when he said he would. He should have called to give you an update on your order.

The shoes were actually delivered to the store on Friday lunchtime. Unfortunately as the team were busy they didn't open the box and check for your order at that stage. I am really sorry about the delay with your order.

Our Aberdeen store has contacted me to let me know that you were in store this morning to collect your order and they provided you with a free pair of socks to apologise for the delay and the lack of communication. Thanks, Kirsty - Online Customer Service Manager

Highly recommended

Bought shoes in online sale to collect in the Inverness shop. Shop assistant was very helpful. Tried shoes on treadmill, no problems, perfect fit.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Our system sends separate emails for each shipment. I can see that we sent you one email on the 30th of April to let you know that one item had been shipped and another on the 1st of May to let you know that the other item had been shipped.
