Hi Eamon, thank you for your feedback. I have looked into your order and can see that your order was a Collect in Store for our Edinburgh store. The order arrived in store on the 15th of June and our system sent you an automated email to inform you of this.

The email would have said the order has been shipped and then the second paragraph states that if you selected to collect your order in store it is now available for collection. We are currently working with our developers to have a separate email for Collect in Store orders so apologies for the confusion. Thanks, Kirsty - Online Customer Service Manager
