Run4It 리뷰

Hi Adam, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry the shipment notification you received did not have the tracking code attached to it. As per our conversation on the phone, we were not sure how this occurred. We are also sorry the parcel has now been lost in transit, had we been able to send out a replacement we would have processed this right away. However with us not having anymore stock or a suitable alternative to offer we refunded the order right away. Many thanks.

Hi Lesley, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our returns are currently taking 7 business days to process due to the high volume we are currently receiving back to us. From the tracking code used to send the item back, we received the parcel on the 17th. As soon as the refund is processed you will receive an email detailing this. Many thanks.
