Hi Jon Paul, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry that we could not fulfil part of your order, it is certainly not the service we wish you to receive. As soon as we identified the issue we responded to your query right away and asked if there was an alternative we could send on an express service. When this was declined we processed the partial refund of the item immediately. We are sorry you feel we did not do anything to resolve the issue, as we aim to resolve all issues that occur as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Many thanks.

Hi Gillian, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry the parcel did not reach you, it is certainly not the service we wish our courier to deliver. Upon receiving your response, we carried out the refund at the request of us not having the alternative size. You should have received an email detailing that we had refunded you due to us not having the alternative size in stock. Apologies if this did not pull through to your inbox to notify you. Many thanks.
