Ignore return

I sent my purchase back via their tracked returns. I have confirmation it was delivered on 02/03 yet they have not contacted me about a refund

Hi Rachael, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We replied to your query through our contacts page on 10/03/26 to explain that our returns system is not set up to notify you of the parcels return to us. The tracking code created through our returns portal is designed to allow our customers to follow the parcels journey back to us. Due to the high volume of returns that we are currently receiving, our returns time frame is 7 business days upon receiving the item back to us. Your order was refunded within this time frame and an email sent detailing the refund had been processed, however we are sorry we could not process the refund in a quicker time frame as we normally do.
