Well run and on time, all round a good experience

The staff always do their best to be helpful. The ferries are always clean comfortable.

Basically all Ok. Just 25% too pricey.

I love using the red funnel ferry put find the food and drinks far to expensive for both of us when travelling we find we cannot afford your food but still enjoy the travel

All good this time but can be hit and miss, depends on sailing and time of year

Punctual, good 'steam' coffee bars. However, prices rise too steeply at popular times of the year for tourists and this affects residents. Why should we pay more?

Outward journey - although the ferry left on time, it took longer than usual to disembark. Due to the number of coaches allowed onto the ferry, there was insufficient seating available for the number...

Excellent crossing, just as expected. Wouldn't want to use anyone else!
