Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We aim to offer attractive year round vehicles fares but the general advice is to book online as early as possible and avoid busy dates and times. Foot passenger fares are not fluid and start from £8.60 per person for a Red Jet super off-peak day return (min of two people) which works out at just £0.39 per mile or £0.17 per minute - this is much less than the cost of running an average car.
Why pay for priority loading and find that 3 coaches and 4 lorries are loaded ahead of the priority lane? What does priority mean? Look at what happened on the 9 am crossing from EC on 25th Nov.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Loading is often quite complex. The inbound sailing on the 25th had a lot of traffic to discharge before boarding commenced and use of a mezzanine deck was required on your sailing.
In order to minimise loading times, the main deck was loaded whilst C deck was still being discharged. Coaches were loaded first as they don't fit under the mezzanine deck and priority customers are deliberately not put on mezzanine decks as they are the last to be discharged. Once C deck had finished discharging priority customers were loaded and you should have been the first to disembark at Southampton. I hope this makes sense.
Booking: I didn't find the web site to be as easty to use as I would expect.
On the day: All very efficient, accomodation & facilities acceptable. Very pleasant & helpful staff.
