Thank you for your valuable feedback. Unless there are exceptional circumstances determined by the Captain, guests are not permitted to remain in their vehicles during the crossing - this is a rule enforced by our regulatory body. I'm not sure whether you were travelling alone, but we do have wheelchairs available and it would have been possible for you to board/disembark via the passenger gangway thereby avoiding the car decks. We will review our procedures to ensure staff are consistent in their advice to customers in a similar position. In the meantime, I hope you are recovering well from your operation.

perhaps an increase in healthy food options from the hot counter would be welcomed.
Both crossings left on time. Very easy booking in-took 2 mins max. Ferry clean-all staff encountered very pleasant and polite. Steam coffee lady on Red Falcon very friendly and young man cleaning...
always enjoy traveling with red funnel but.... please alter the entrance/exit onto Town Quay,Southampton. Getting out safely and easily from the ferry does not happen and must be even worse for first...
