Staff all very polite and ship clean and tidey. Always been a wight link customer but after prise changes and lack of customer care will be traviling with you in the future.

Too expensive.

All good apart from MASSIVELY EXPENSIVE.

My only negative comments would be on prices of refreshments.

well in control at terminals & we had no problems

Wish they would sort out conditions for people travelling with dogs in winter, as currently was no lights, and its dark cold and wet in the pet area

Easy booking, easy getting on, clean and tidy, temperature on board reasonable - added bonus for me the sea was flat !

Service is slow at food outlets. Look forward to when Red Falcon is upgraded to see if this improves.

When the crew have to request passengers to give up seats so that others can eat their breakfast proves the balance of vehicles and seats is wrong.

The staff are so friendly and helpful it would be hard to better them, it makes all the difference to have smiling faces around.
