We do sincerely apologise for this, unfortunately regulations prohibit the sale of Food & Beverage items if toilets are unavailable. The has been unprecedented problem and normally would have resulted in withdrawing the ship for repairs. However, with Red Osprey in refit we were unable to do this without cancelling sailings which would have caused huge delays. We will be contacting all affected customers separately by email over the next 7 days with an offer of compensation. In the meantime, thank you for feedback, it is appreciated.
Service was brilliant as normal. Just marked down to good this time because on our return journey only two ladies toilets were functional. Also you may want to consider re-postioning the hand dryer...

Cars have to park much too close to each other. I fully understand that you need to maximise the number of car soon a sailing but if they were staggered it may well minimise damage caused by people...
