shame it cost to much money just to travel to the mainland, i think we are being ripped off once again, even the food on board is to expensive, a breakfast for £10 and tastes like its been warmed up...

We agree, the food from some of Thailand's street stalls can be rather good but we have plans a foot to completely revamp our food & beverage offer with more locally sourced ingredients, a new galley and a revised servery layout. Very good cheerful service from all staff.Smooth crossing in all respects. Thank you!
No toilet or catering facilities on board an hour sailing - disgusting service. The sailing was busy with young children and older people alike, all of whom would need toilet facilities accessible....

We do sincerely apologise for this, unfortunately regulations prohibit the sale of Food & Beverage items if toilets are unavailable. This has been unprecedented problem which normally would have resulted in withdrawing the ship for repairs. However, with Red Osprey in refit we were unable to do this without cancelling sailings which would have caused huge delays. We will be contacting all affected customers separately by email over the next 7 days with an offer of compensation.
My rating is between poor and good. The crossing I was on was very overcrowded. Quite a few people were unable to find somewhere to sit. I know the there are changes being made to address this...

I was told that the ferry had been overbooked by one of the attendants who was closing the gates. Admittedly I was not within the half hour requirement before sailing but a lady in front of me was...

Thank you for the review and the useful feedback. We don't have a policy to overbook sailings but very occasionally a bad stow or a high proportion of large cars can cause problems.
