The service I received yesterday on the car ferry could not be faulted, overall however the policy of charging expensive peak fares on the red jet service sops me from scoring red funnel 'excellent'

Too say you are cheaper then your competitor may well be true - but prices still prevent many people from crossing, and to apply penalties if you cannot, for any reason, catch your planned ferry is unfair unless space is limited.
Although a regular traveller on Red Funnel, so I know the info. anyway, when the safety announcements came over the tannoy no one listened and, because the ferry was full, the announcement could not...
